Error Message

Error: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

Now, I know what everyone is thinking.. "why is this guy posting this, it is in the FAQ" The reason why I am posting it is because the solutions in the FAQ did not fix my problem. After maybe an hour or 2 of running I still get this error message. Does anyone have any other suggestions to fix this problem??
