jewelisheaven Posted March 8, 2008 Report Share Posted March 8, 2008 Kbps is what's in the Speed Guide so it sounds like you want xx/128 for starters. How does OpenOffice download for you?? How does it download while you're uploading on another swarm which already knows about you?
