To increase downloading speed I can manually add him as peer by entering ip:port. "Local Peer Discovery" feature can do this automatically but due to manual: Local peers will not be added to the peer list for .torrent files with the 'private' flag set. Local peers are picked up from UDP, if your ports are not forwarded then that is your main obstable.When private flag is set DHT and LPD are disabled for the torrent. This is by design.
