polsongrizz
Hello, I am very new to this and I am old so please excuse me if I mess this up. When trying to play some Torrents from UTorrent I find that after right clicking on them "Open" is not in bold and I am unable to open them. And then I have a few that finish and have a " * " after the name of the Torrent in the "#" column and the ones with this I have never been able to open.. I have searched for hours trying to find how to fix this to no-avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mitch
jewelisheaven
Right click on the torrents to see the context menu. I'm not sure about this, but I've never seen it in BOLD text. Context menus are handled by Windows. As far as # column http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=28102 and covered in the µManual (link below)... I think you should check out the Guides page also (first three are getting started: #1 is manual, #2 is all about bittorrent, #3 is setup guide)
polsongrizz
I checked the link and all of mine that display an * are seeding. I will go over the manual again. As far as downloading speeds and set-up I have no problems with that.
Ultima
"Open" works only for single-file torrents.
polsongrizz
So what about multiple files then?
Ultima
It gets grayed out. For multi-file torrents, open containing directory instead. µTorrent can't guess which file you want to open.
