reginald9204
Well Ive been using utorrent for 1 year. But for the past two weeks it has been givin strange problem.I know how to forward properly and cuz I have always got the Green Light but for the since the past two weeks, everytime I check port it say it's not open although I still have the green light.I also check out on other ports checker tools such as canyouseeme.org , http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ , they all tell me that my ports are open. Now the problem is why my green light is on and If I delete the port that I forwarded in my router page for utorrent the light turns yellow.Anyone having the same problem or has a solution for this ?Tnx for all your help. jewelisheaven
If peers from http://www.slackware.com/torrents/ show as "I" in the Peers tab there's no problem. http://utorrent.com/faq.php#What_do_all_those_flags_in_the_Flags_column_mean.3FIf not, then you're not forwarded ><
reginald9204
I get the "I" for like 3/4 of the PEERS for the rest its a "E" so my ports are forwared well ?
jewelisheaven
Indeed and "E" means that the packets between you and those peers are encrypted so basic detection for shaping i.e. is ineffective
