jewelisheaven
Client does not matter. Only swarm size and peer speeds, and if you're forwarded to be able to connect to all available peers.
buckwell
I have no idea what you mean.Which is simpler then?
jewelisheaven
uTorrent is simpler IMO. Azureus is more configurable due to its inclusion of plugins, but it requires the JAVA VM (165 MB download) and is therefore much larger in size and resource usage. To use uT you should check out the guides page and in particular http://utorrent.com/setup_guide.php
Ultima
O.oNot even the JDK is 165MB... The JRE is only ~15MB for an offline installer.
jewelisheaven
Since when. After microsoft stopped distributing their javavm which was 5.02 MiB... you had to get it from Sun.I must be thinking of some other package though. JRE 6 indeed 15.18 MiB https://sdlc3d.sun.com/ECom/EComActionServlet Checking an old hard drive I last installed jre in '04 So I bet it's just old bloat.
