Access Denied message

Hi,

I downloaded a software that is supposed to be better than an antivirus; here's the link:

What happened is that when I started downloading with UTorrent, all torrents started giving access denied messages.

Any idea what this software is, and whether it is really as good as it claims to be? And should I exclude UTorrent from it, so that the torrents work?

For now, I have uninstalled the software.

If it causes troubles with uT, most definitely you should see if it can be worked around. Any software which exclusively locks files when reading is poorly coded IMO.
