I can only login to the site through a proxy and browse , but I can't download torrent files with utorrent because it gives me "HTTP ERROR 403". I managed to connect to the site using a proxy , but I still don't know if there is a method to download the .torrent files from that tracker using utorrent and an additional program or something that can change my ip.
