All of a sudden my new torrents no longer seed.Started yesterday when the upload went on and off. Then stopped.I have checked router, firewall, port forwarding, etc. I am about to give up.But.... when I download something, it uploads ok! Have you already gone through http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992 post #2 and set your Ctrl-P -> BitTorrent -> Encyrption to Enabled / Forced and turned off unnecessary features? You may also want to try out uT 1.8 which has additional workarounds for shaping. You can make your own test 1.8 self-contained by http://utorrent.com/faq.php#How_can_I_share_my_torrents_between_user_profiles.3F .
