muaddip Posted April 27, 2008 Report Share Posted April 27, 2008 utorrent's indicator suddenly turned into red. i checked port forwarding, changed port and turned off win firewall and avast firewall. it is still red.by the way, i am using vista and utorrent 1.7.7.help me!!! jewelisheaven Posted April 27, 2008 Report Share Posted April 27, 2008 Was it green previously?? If so it's possible you're just stuck in the "shaped" or interrupted time from your ISP. You don't and shouldn't really change ports unless absolutely necessary. That's likely to get you more attention from lots of peers because they want to get your IP:PORT information and if it keeps changing your IP take longer to propagate OUT of the swarm when you stop.Also have you checked http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
