AHW
I'm not sure what I should set uTorrent's speed as. Speakeasy gave me:Last Result:Download Speed: 7080 kbps (885 KB/sec transfer rate)Upload Speed: 1764 kbps (220.5 KB/sec transfer rate)uTorrent shows in the speed guide "k" and "Mbit". I tired using this conversion page to help convert it to a rate I could find on uTorrent's speed guide, but I'm not sure what uTorrent means by "k" and "Mbit".I appreciate any help that is given, Thanks! Switeck
You're on ComCast Cable it seems...so your numbers are actually lower than the speed tests suggest, thanks to ComCast's temporary SpeedBoost effects. The numbers in uTorrent's Speed Guide (CTRL+G) are upload speed in kilobits/sec and megabits/sec.Chance are, you need to use either xx/768k if you have fast cable or xx/384k if you have ComCast's slow cable. These are the fastest upload speeds you can SUSTAIN for more than 1 minute straight.
Firon
Your real upload is much less than that, yes. Go Powerboost.
AHW
Thanks, I appreciate the help. I do have sucky Comcast. I guess that Powerboost explains why I get great download speeds at first and then they die down.=(
