zVp
Is anyone else having problems with major memory usage while running uTorrent in Vista x64?
Firon
Available RAM dropping or the process itself eating a lot of RAM?
zVp
Sorry, I should have put more details. The uTorrent.exe process doesn't take much ram, approximately 20MB or so but available RAM falls as time passes. It would max out after a few hours, where physical memory is > 90%. Then it would start trashing the hard drive.
Firon
If there's no OTHER process eating RAM, then it's probably the windows system cache being lame. There's options in the Disk Cache section of the prefs to bypass it.
