3rd line

well on the speed graph there is a 3rd line, it is dark red and is at 1120kb/s

i have no idea what it does / means

when i change the connection type settings the speed of the bar changes, also

when i show the upload it is there but not on the download. It is anoying because it means that my D/L and upload lines are at the bottem all the time

any help?

EDIT: fixed!, it was the maximum upload speed setting
