integer
After getting a nasty virus that got past AVG, I now need to format, reload, etc, my hard drive. Now Most of my downloads are on a seperate disk, apart form about 8. Moving the data is easy, moving the torrents is easy, but how do I get the lot to marry back up when I reload windoz, utorrent and the "current downloadingtorrents"?If this was a few small files I wouldnot worry, but some of them are over 5Gb.Comments please.Integer
jewelisheaven
If you http://utorrent.com/faq.php#How_can_I_backup_my_settings.3F all you need to do is make sure the drive letter on the new install is the same.If it's not you can use the Bencoded File Editor in my signature to FIND/REPLACE old\drive --> new\drive ... otherwise the migration guide would suffice. integer
Ahh thank you very much, I was reading another post of your's and you commented on the migration method. I downloaded µManual from your comment and am now going through it. By the way your response was blistering fast, I thought I would have to wait a few days. Thanks or your help.Integer
