Firon
If you get the green OK then it's likely than your port forwarding works.http://www.utorrent.com/setup_guide.php
colemoldy
I constantly fail the port tester and, despite setting up a static IP and using the right settings, I keep failing! Maybe it is that, after creating the static IP address, it doesn't tell me what that static IP is so I am using the wrong one? I am stumped. Help me! Firon
You need to make sure your firewall isn't blocking µTorrent. Same for your antivirus. When setting a static IP, it has to be outside of the router's DHCP range.

Switeck
Your modem may also have a mini-firewall and/or firewall that needs to be configured or disabled.www.portforward.com has both routers and modems in its list that have these problems.
