I have open a port (49615) in the exception of the firewall for UTorrent in TCP protocole. But nothing starts...? UPnP port is enabled. NAT-PNP is enabled and I haved added windows firewall exceptions. Please someone can help me having this program set properly. I do appreciate your help. Thanks. Switeck Posted August 15, 2008 Report Share Posted August 15, 2008 Your ISP (Bell Canada -- Sympatico) is rather hostile to BitTorrent traffic, though I'm not sure that's your exact problem's cause.Try the 1st and 2nd links in my signature.The 1st link will tell you what more information we'll need to help.The 2nd link are uTorrent settings to try based on your connection's max sustainable UPLOAD speed.Note: Upload is probably about 1/10th your max download!
