lasse69
Hi I have a problem that i need help with, when i download a torrent i can have a very good speed rate and the seeding seems just fine, but when the download is finished the seeding just seem to halt completely.i've set the seed ratio to >=200% and the speed to 49kb/s and alternative speed to 149kb/s. i have a dsl conn. with 8Mb down and 0,5mb up ihave found that these settings gives the best performance when downloading.anyone knows how to solve this??Best RegardsLasse
thelittlefire
.5 Mbit is theoretical max of 64 KiBps... change your Ctrl-G settings to xx/512If your ISP doesn't allow uploading try the speed problems sticky http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992 ... though it's highly likely you can't do much about it if trying to download something superfluous like http://slackware.com/torrents/ rate limited down to like 10 or 15 KiBps doesn't allow seeding again. Switeck
uTorrent probably can't upload faster than maybe 60 KiloBYTES/second with your line. There is no use setting it higher than that, unless your ISP allows speed bursts over normal maximum. (few do.)
