saltiery
I followed the directions on how to forward my ports by going through my wireless router. I have even tried randomizing the ports. What am I doing wrong??
Switeck
Possibly nothing.Your modem may have a mini-router or firewall as well that needs to be configured or disabled. Also, you may need more conservative max connections due to it being wireless.2nd link in my signature for more conservative settings based on upload speed max. saltiery
I disabled my modem's firewall completely and checked the numbers for max connections (they're accurate).I've tested the port I had it set to and it's not forwarded. So I changed it and fowarded the new port and its still not working. I followed all directions on how to foward a port but still cannot get it forwarded. Any suggestions? Firon
Did you also set a static IP for your computer? It should also be outside of the router's DHCP range. Is your modem ALSO a router? Or is it your only modem?
