Senai
Before I describe my problem, I have checked many times that my download speed is not capped.A few days ago my utorrent download speed, for some reason will not go past 30.2kb/s. It stays at around 29.4-30.2kb/s. As i said, my download speed is not capped. The settings are exactly the same as when it was downloading at a normal speed.I have tried at multiple different connections at different locations and it's capped at 30 no matter where I go, so connection/ISP problems are ruled out.I have no clue what could be wrong, so any help at all would be appreciated. Firon
Run the Speed Guide, choose your connection's actual upload speed in kbit/s, don't alter the upload cap.
Switeck
BitTorrent links upload and download -- faster you can upload, the faster you typically download. The only catch is...don't try to upload faster than your connection can allow! The best download speed results are gotten by setting upload speed at roughly 75-90% max upload possible.uTorrent's Speed Guide (CTRL+G) tries to calculate all that for you.But if you want an alternate opinion...try the 2nd link in my signature.
