tbuscema Posted October 6, 2008 Report Share Posted October 6, 2008 I have installed and configured the webui, and put the .zip file into the correct directory. When I try to login local and with remote, I only get a blank screen (white screen) and no user authentication. I am using utorrent 1.8, I have enabled the webui, confirmed my port, and put a username and password to be used. Has anyone had this problem, and might know the fix? Thanks in advance.Fixed....I was able to get this fixed by using the alternate listening port of 8080. Was this wise or is it a bad Idea to use this port? Normally you get the blank screen problem after authentication and the blank screen was replaced with a "Click here to install the webui" page in 1.8 (and later).I'm gonna guess you are somehow not reaching µtorrent at all and instead of a timeout message get a blank screen for some reason.
