beezlbubzy Posted October 15, 2008 Report Share Posted October 15, 2008 I've made 2 different port exceptions in my windows firewall, both for utorrent, one TCP and the other UCP, with both exceptions turned off utorrent downloads slowly with the (!) icon showing no incoming connections. however when i switch either on, it speeds up significatly and shows a green tick icon.. for a while, after a minute or so all internet access shuts down, i cant use a browser or anything, as with both on.I dont really know what im doing and the deal with my router is complicated, i dont know anything about it nor can i access it...Any ideas for a quick fix?
