Firon
Are you using the correct ipfilter format? http://utorrent.com/faq.php#What_is_ipfilter.dat.3FJust to note, if you're using an ipfilter list designed to block the "bad guys", like one from Bluetack, it's completely and utterly useless. http://neuron2neuron.blogspot.com/2006/05/blocklist-balderdash.html
neckbone1
I am using the correct blocklist, the shows that the list is loaded with over 200k entries. Is there any way I can check and see if any IP's are being blocked?
thelittlefire
You can always try blocking yourself, or adding another IP from a connected swarm to the list, and see what happens if you launch another uTorrent client and connect. But if it says it loaded the IPs, your list is working, and uTorrent is not going to allow you to connect to or take connections from those IPs. Firon
Heh, one of those mega blocklists to "protect you."It doesn't do a damn thing to protect you. It blocks a lot of legitimate peers, that's all it does.
