"Global Download Rate Limiting" is not regarded? (1.8.1)

Hi,

I have a problem with the download limiting.

Despite I set the "Global Download Rate Limiting" to 50 kB/s, the downloads are going at 120 - 160 kB/s, which eats up my bandwidth.

So, what should I tweak?

I have uTorrent v. 1.8.1, but the same issue was with the previous 1.7.7, which I've upgraded from.

Any "L:" in the status bar?

Thanks for hints, it worked.

For those, who will encounter the same - local peers are not capped with the setting unless you enable "limit local peer bandwidth" in "bittorrent" tab.
