mohinderific Posted October 31, 2008 Report Share Posted October 31, 2008 I just talked to a "tech" over at Shaw today, and he "promised" that they don't shape, filter, or inhibit bittorrent traffic in any way... My download is excellent (usually around 900+kb/s) but my upload capacity has dropped to about 10kb/s. Talk about a ratio killer! This blows! Are there any options? Anybody have any ideas?
