ballon tip not updating

hi everyone. Im using version 1.8.1.

the problem is,when i hover the mouse over the uttorent icon at the system tray, a yellow balloon tip will show the kB/s down and kB/s up rate. But the rate will not change. I meant doesn't the rate in the balloon tip change in real time? Like the one at the status bar when u open the main window of uttorent? Or is it static in the balloon? If it usually change in real time, then wat happened to my balloon tip?

this is serious, cause i suspect that problem is connected with a lot of other problems my computer is now facing, including audio mixer gone and sudden loss of internet connection, so please, any help will do. thanks

Reformat your PC & refresh the OS.

... balloon tooltips update as often as the GUI. You should see it change when the titlebar changes.

If youre coming here, have you at least run a spyware/rootkit/trojan scan?

the reformat thing is the last way to fix this i think. thanks anyway.

and thank you thelittlefire.i did virus scan, but not spyware scan which i don have.i monitored my cpu usage with process explorer and they r normal. anyway i'll reinstall utorrent to see wat happens.
