Insanest Posted November 17, 2008 Report Share Posted November 17, 2008 I recently got a new pc and everything has been perfect so far, except for when I tried to download a torrent I couldn't download or upload any faster then 30kps. I also ended up messing with settings for about an hour with no success either. When i download something from say steam I can easily hit speeds of 600kps, and with utorrent on my old pc I was also hitting those speeds. Anyone have any suggestions?
