Upload Stuck @ 15kbs

Alright first utorrent was saying connection problems cuz of port errors ...

So i fixed the port errors by changing some settings on my router ...

Now there is no error message and still it will only upload at 15kbs ....

I would really like to know how to fix this .....

I have read and tryed a couple tutorials ....

Please help me somebody .......

Go to Options -> Speed Guide and make sure that in connection type you have selected the correct upload bandwidth for your connection. if you are not sure you can check it out in speedtest.net

just in case "test if port is forwarded correctly" if its fine youll get an OK message.

then rightclick on utorrent tray icon, and check if it is capped and at which speed. for example if you have 254kb up, so your max upload is like 25kB/s then you should set it at 15kB/s. you need to leave a margin if you have asimetric connection so it doesnt cut up your download bandwidth.

then check also if windows firewall is blocking it.

Please see www.portforward.com for more information about how to map a port.

Please make absolutely sure that PeerGuardian2 or Protowall is allowing utorrent.com (72.20.34.145) in either of those programs. Those of you using ipfilter.dat should make sure the list does not include the website's IP. After making sure of this, re-run this test by refreshing the page (F5).

721kbs = Down speed

110kbs = Up speed

Thats what came up on the speed test so im kinda wondering like wtf ..

Cuz my down speed normally is only 80-90 at the FASTEST

and i already stated ..... 15kbs is my up speed right now and im kinda mad .....

Any ideas guys ? lol wow ..... ive never had a problem with a computer lol
