vista crash caused my utorrent to lost files list

after having my vista crash (ultimate 64bit)

i opened utorrent and all the files were "gone".

i checked their folder and they are still there-but i cant get my utorrent recognize them....

i have a lot of almost finished staff--i must recover the data.

what can i do?

Torrents are in %appdata%\utorrent

Follow it using the .torrent files from %appdata%\utorrent and your partially completed files.
