pap-x Posted November 29, 2008 Report Share Posted November 29, 2008 So, I'm using utorrent for 2 years now and I've always had this problem...When I have it open whether it downloads something or not, my browser speed, both Firefox and Explorer, is extremely low...3/5 of times it don't even loads the websites..If I manage to start a download from my browser then I get normal speeds (just a bit lower..)..I can accept speed being a bit down but it doesn't even load the pages, even if I have only a comleted torrent and I upload 1 kb/s!!!
