1.8.1 Initial Seed does not connect to 1.8.1 peers

1.8.1 Initial Seed does not connect to 1.8.1 peers. Sometimes 1.8.1 initial seed connects to 1.8.1 peer but the connection breaks immediately as one piece has been sent.

Maybe same bug is in 1.8. Tested with WinXP SP2 and Win98SE.

... connects just fine. Go to the logger tab, enable verbose messages and error messages for client connections and disconnections.

You are likely seeing them disconnect because THEY ARE ALSO seeds.

Normal seeding works fine with xx.xxx.168.32. Problem is just with initial seeding.

That's the same peer and no data is being sent to it. It looks like it doesn't want any of the pieces you're offering.

The peer disconnect before the seed has time to tell what is available?

I've noticed same behavior over here. Initial seeding was working fine last major rev, now it doesn't even send so much as a piece in half an hour. And the peers are definitely not seeds & obviously the initial seed has interested pieces... I turn it off and the uploads start immediately. I think the peers not being able to see what pieces are availble might actually be a good guess.
