Torrents failing and cant work out why!

I've tried everything in the help section of the program but I continually get the "Error:The process cannot access the file because it is used by another process." message.

Im not running any programs that I can tell from the incompatible software list, the thumbnail filmstrip is disabled in the destination folder and i get an error message saying that the module "shmedia.dll" failed to load when i try to unregister the shell media file property extrator
