skolche Posted January 21, 2009 Report Share Posted January 21, 2009 for about a week, my download rate was so low that i could hardly download anything. i'm using DSL and initially wasn't so concerned as i was downloading an application of about 9gb size. every other download never worked so i decided to force start and it worked with wind speed. my fear is that i do not know anything about this force start even though it worked for me. when is it appropriate to use it and what are its likely effects on the system. also, my internet connection keeps being cutoff... pls help!
