Els Posted January 30, 2009 Report Posted January 30, 2009 In BitComet there was this option:do not auto-stop task when seeds less than: (e.g.) 5.In uTorrent I can't find this option. I can only set my seedratio and seedtime. What to do when I've reached my seedratio, but I want to go on seeding a particular torrent because else there are not enough seeders? In this instance I don't want to stop seeding automatically.I also don't want to set my seedratio higher than 150%, because with private trackers I will get banned for overseeding if there are enough seeders.Help will be much appreciated.
DreadWingKnight Posted January 30, 2009 Report Posted January 30, 2009 The combination you're after is not currently implemented. The closest you're going to get is to enable the prioritization of torrents with no seeds (advanced - queue.prio_no_seeds), which sets the seed:peer ratio factor above your current upload ratio for prioritizing seeds.
Els Posted January 30, 2009 Author Report Posted January 30, 2009 Thank you for your quick reply and suggestion. It's a pity though. I do hope this feature will get implemented one day.
