Load same file across 3 os's

I have a 2 hard drive array a 320gig and a 200 gig i am running windows 7, vist, and xp on the 320 gig and using the 200 gig as storage for utorrent downloads. is there a way to set it up so no matter what os im on u torrent will download all files started on all os's or can i not do that? just wondering if ther a way to et up storage on that drive so it will not start a new file for every os but rather just continue when i move from one os to another which i do alot
