some ideas for Speed Graph improvements

Some of the below mentioned features - can also help in capturing/testing

- add a pause/play button to freeze the progress

- add speed axis maximum setting (not auto-adjust)

- add pan-control to be able to move scroll back and forth (in paused state)

- have a permanent numeric display of the maximum UL AND DL . One of them is missing most of the times
