They never start Dling and always stay inactive.All the tracker info says is connection closed by peer an a few that say not allowed.Things ive tried to do to fix it. Upgrade from 1.8.2 to 1.8.3Delete %appdata%\utorrent and start afresh.Nothing solved. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Switeck Posted March 26, 2009 Report Share Posted March 26, 2009 Tracker websites sometimes get overloaded...or get shut down for maintenance.With private trackers, that means you're screwed.With public trackers, old peer/seed sources can still work...DHT can find new peers/seeds...and Peer Exchange can let existing peers/seeds tell each other about the others.
