Some issues with uT support for web seeds

I've posted some issues in other threads. It seems to me there might be bugs involved, so I post the references here:

1. Not updating existing web seeds' list when add a new torrent to one that already exists

2.a not being able to pause a download of web seed

2.b issues involved bad hashes and banning of web seed - and continue to DL from it

2.c connecting to web seed seems to happen only after modifying the seeds' pane
