Gallagher Posted May 2, 2009 Report Share Posted May 2, 2009 When I click on any "Download This Torrent" it opens to the "Open File" window and then it always opens up Windows Media Player. In the upper left corner there is a box that says "you are attempting to play a file that has extension (.torrent) that does not match the file format. Playing the file may result in unexpected behavior". When I click on "No" to not play the content & exit Media Player it takes me back to the "Download This Torrent" page. jewelisheaven Posted May 2, 2009 Report Share Posted May 2, 2009 Have you tried associating uTorrent with .TORRENT files? Open Preferences press the associate with torrent button to see if that helps. You may also have to reset the torrent handler in your browser.
