jewelisheaven
If it is auto-detected, then you don't need anything. If you have another setup where you specify the proxy information, in Internet Options, that's separate. Also you'd behoove to read the manual on the subject, if you're unsure. Basically if you are not paying for a proxy, and don't know why people would do so you should keep it None.
holycrap333
what do you mean auto detected? i'm noob so sorry for questions like these. i use proxy for privacy reasons coz of the network i am connected. since it is what i used to log in to tracker then it means that the ip associated with my account is the proxy then what happens to the ratio the client is reporting? jewelisheaven
Correct. The same setup you use to connect to the internet (including through the tracker) you need to include in the Proxy configuration pane. Type, user/pass if applicable, and name and port. If you require data to be sent via the proxy as well tick the "use proxy for peer-to-peer connections" as well.
