Sawyer22
How do you enable IPV6 in utorrent? I registered with www.go6.net/Installed there software. Checked with http://www.whatismyipv6.net/.Even clicked on the Install Thoredo in utorrent. But it still sees my IP4. What did I not do right? Firon
Does the Logger not say "IPv6 is installed" when you start it? You should reboot after installing IPv6.
Sawyer22
Yes it does say so. Hm.. But thats actually a virtualPC inside VirtualBox? Maybe not compatible or something? However It does say IPV6 installed also in Windows 7 where I didnt even install there software and it shows some IPv6. Dunno whos it is since I did not install or setup anything outside the quest OS. Wired.
Firon
IPv6 is a part of the OS, as is Teredo. Even if you don't have a real IPv6 address, that'll still show up. It's merely informing you that IPv6 support is installed.
Sawyer22
Well and what could be the reason for this not working in a Windows XP sp3 running in virtualbox?Everything else seems to work. http://ipv6.google.com/ opens just fine, here it shows it fine http://www.whatismyipv6.net/ IE seems to work flawless. Just not utorrent. I have two+ broadband connections and I set IPv6 up just in one virtualXP. The others are running normal ipv4 configuration and they can still all see my IPv4 external ip on the guest that is set for IPV6. log only shows this [2009-06-12 03:32:14] IPv6 is installedand no IPv6 number like the windows 7 os displays.
