Hello!i think i have a little problem.When i download,the speed keeps "jumping" from 200 Kb/s to 40 Kb/s or lower.

1.The firewall is deactivated.

1/ Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80070005 Access is denied.

It's a minor problem. To solve it, you can enable Windows firewall, reboot uTorrent to add automatically an exception, then disable Windows firewall.

So normally at each start of uT, the logger should not display this error anymore.

2/ What are your speed settings?

If you know the max UL speed of your internet connection, use the speed array to set Preferences > Bandwidth in uT:

3/ Test with OO torrent. What's the DL speed you get?
