uTorrent 1.8.3 + Windows 7 Torrent Error

It never happened during 1.8.2 with Windows 7, or maybe 7 is affecting the torrent...but I have been receiving torrent errors lately. To be more specific, it only happened for only the private tracker I've been using...

For small sized files (~50mb), they download just fine...for big file sizes (~2gb - 17gb), they cause frequent Torrent Errors saying "Error: This process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." ...even though I'm not even viewing the files in any way...

When I just resume it back, it downloads just fine until the error pops back up and i would have to repeat this process again and again...

using latest build for uTorrent and Windows 7 (7229)
