sebytro
It might be caused by your firewall.

DreadWingKnight
What firewall was it that you were turnning off?
sebytro
You can troubleshoot the problem in the following way.If it's possible, disconnect the router and connect your pc/laptop directly to the WAN. Have your firewall turned off (preferably uninstalled) and see if everything works alright. If all is good turn on the firewall (reinstall it) and meddle with it until your torrents are properly working. Only then should you configure your router, thus you'll be absolutely sure where the glitch is.
idanwaller
It's was the windows firewall. And thanx for the solution I'll try it tommorow and post if it succeed.I rewired the router, and the modem then I discovered at my router manager that i didn't use a static IP, although I changed it to static IP it's still doe'sn't work, and it even got worse.
