MosesX8
I am getting the following message with 2 trackers (waffles.fm and what.cd):"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"This also leads to timed out torrents and "connection limit exceeded" messages. I get this message from what.cd the whole time. However, some waffles.fm torrents will go in and out, and some will stay solid the whole time and never give me the message.I've searched and searched the forums trying different suggestions, but nothing has seemed to work.Right now I have UPnP, NAT-PMP, and DHT disabled, but I have tried every combination of disabling/enabling them.I am on the EH100 router. It has UPnP capabilites, but I tried disabling it anyways. (I haven't tried plugging straight into the cable modem yet, but I'm pretty sure it's router probs anyways. I will try this to rule it out)I seem to be fine on other trackers (demonoid, PTP, x264).Windows XP, uTorrent 1.8.4Here's my HijackThis log, dunno if it's relevant.Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2Scan saved at 8:48:37 AM, on 8/23/2009Platform: Windows XP SP3 (WinNT 5.01.2600)MSIE: Internet Explorer v8.00 (8.00.6001.18702)Boot mode: NormalRunning processes:C:\WINDOWS\System32\smss.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\Ati2evxx.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exeC:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\Ati2evxx.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exec:\program files\idt\intelxpv_v103\wdm\STacSV.exeC:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXEC:\WINDOWS\ehome\ehtray.exeC:\Program Files\IDT\WDM\sttray.exeC:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunesHelper.exeC:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\jusched.exeC:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\MOM.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\svschost.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exeC:\Program Files\Messenger\msmsgs.exeC:\program files\steam\steam.exeC:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\WMPNSCFG.exeC:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\bin\AppleMobileDeviceService.exeC:\Program Files\Giganews Accelerator\GiganewsAccelerator.exeC:\Program Files\Dropbox\Dropbox.exeC:\Program Files\Bonjour\mDNSResponder.exeC:\WINDOWS\eHome\ehRecvr.exeC:\WINDOWS\eHome\ehSched.exeC:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exeC:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\jqs.exeC:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\ccc.exeC:\Program Files\iPod\bin\iPodService.exeC:\WINDOWS\system32\dllhost.exeC:\WINDOWS\eHome\ehmsas.exeC:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exeC:\Program Files\uTorrent\uTorrent.exeC:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exeR1 - DreadWingKnight
If other trackers work fine, then chances are it's a site-specific issue and not something that can be fixed on the client side.
MosesX8
Well I just switched routers and houses. I have the exact same ISP and IP as I did before. I am seeding the exact same torrents as before, but now I'm getting this error.I just plugged straight into the cable modem. I am now only getting errors from what.cd, but I just noticed they are having server problems, so I'm going to assume that's my problems there.I'm going to go back to the router now, but I'm sure I'll end up with the same probs from waffles, making it an obvious router problem.
