But whenever i download torrent, my download speed never crosses 30 kbps... I used a software called Networx to monitor the downloading speed of my connection... It always shows me a speed of about 60-80 kbps while at the same time, utorrent would show a speed of 30 kbps! Where is this extra speed going?
