utorrent configuration

Hello,

Here is my network configuration but Utorrent will not down above .1Kbps.

Laptop is secured and so will not allow me to bridge VM host machine. But in the VMware NAT mode it allows me to surf the web and so that is not a problem - just some backbround info

VMware host machine - My router is LINSYS WR45G and allows port forwarding and port triggering.

The router runs DHCP service and gives out IP range of 192.168.1.1/24, the NAT IP range is 192.168.42.1/24

For some reason i am not able to do a port triggering. I have also followed as best as i can the prot forwarding guidelines.

Because port triggering does NOT work consistently enough with torrenting to work.

Your best bet is to have the VM use the bridged network instead of the NAT.
