fatspirit
Sorry if this is already known issue. Initial downloading speed is low until utorrent's restart. My system is WinXP SP3, tcpip.sys is patched, bt.transp_disposition=15, utorrent 1.8.
Switeck
Is your upload affected? Are you disconnecting from peers/seeds at first? Is your router overloading and crashing from all the outgoing uTP connection attempts?(It probably will if bt.connect_speed is set to higher than 5 outgoing new connections per second!) fatspirit
1.Will monitor upload speed - have nothing to say right now.2. I'm talking about newly added downloads. utorrent is already running for a long time, if that's important.3. bt.connect_speed is at default's 20. Should I turn on any error log options to monitor faulty uTP attempts?
Switeck
2.A long run with something like a slow memory leak due to bad drivers or a lousy software firewall could do it...3.The error logging is certain to show the vast majority of uTP attempts fail...and that'd be normal. (Most peers/seeds can't handle uTP.)
