RD246
Whenever I download something, the speed will go up all the way to my max download speed which is 1.7MB/s and then drop back down to 1.1MB/s and jump between that and 1.3MB/s for the remainder of the download. RD246
Results:My ISP is Flow JamaicaI used to get that speed consistently though so thats why it's so weird to me. As for speed guide settings, I used utorrent 2.0 and kept the settings it gave me after the speed test.
Switeck
Switch uTorrent settings to the 1 megabit/sec upload settings from 2nd link in my signature. You may need to try even lower settings if uTorrent cannot consistently upload at 92 KB/sec speed.
