uTorrent keeps sending data after being closed

After i close uTorrent it keeps sending small packets of data even though it's not in the running processes list. I know it's uTorrent because it's sending through the uTorrent port.

After i restart the computer the traffic stops, until i use uTorrent again, so it's not a virus.

I've also done various anti-virus scans, including Avira, Malware-Bytes, Spybot and SuperAntiSpyware which all turned out negative.

I advise everyone to check if the same thing is happening to them using this utility

as the traffic doesn't register as blinking of the tray network icon.

Are you sure it's sending and not recieving?

Same thing as far as i can tell

Looks like they're simply closing existing connections/refusing new ones.
