bigbpdx
I have a 250GB hd on my laptop which normally has around 55GB used. Since using BitTorrent (all versions) I have found that as I download torrents (to my external 1.5TB hd), that my 250GB drive is nearly full at about 230GB used!! I've looked for undeleted cache files, temp files, etc., but no luck. Any thoughts? I am using the latest version now, and it still continues. Oh, I'm running Vista 32bit Home Premium. Yes, I've turned off caching already.
DrivingManiac
I would first check to see if you have set uTorrent to Pre-allocate all files under Preferences (CTRL+P) -> General. Turn that off and you likely should not see that behavior again.I suggest downloading software like TreeSize to identify where the larger files are on your harddrive and remove them accordingly. DreadWingKnight
And disk cache settings have nothing to do with your issue.
